The Realtors MLS will not allow you to directly access their records of homes that are Under Contract,  or Sold, or the MLS tax records.  So, we'll get these manually and e-mail them to you.  In the 'comments' box below describe in full  what property you want "Comps" for. (Comps go back six months.)  Our link takes you to County tax records.  These records give you the selling price of homes. Some tax records are updated quickly. Other tax records lag, and when they do you can contact us for the current information.
